Sport Developers to Develop K+ Plaza Anchored by EōS Fitness in The Woodlands, Houston, TX

THE WOODLANDS, TX — Sport Developers has announced the development of K+ Plaza, a Class A sports and retail project in The Woodlands, one of North Houston’s fastest-growing and most affluent communities.

Situated along FM 1488, the project will feature two buildings. The site is strategically positioned on the County’s primary growth corridor with major retailers including H-E-B and CVS. Located next to Kuykendahl Rd, K+ Plaza has convenient access to surrounding neighborhoods and other retailers.

K+ Plaza will be anchored by EōS Fitness. The development will also include a smaller retail building designed to complement the fitness anchor and serve the surrounding community.

The project represents Phase II of a larger planned sports, fitness, and entertainment destination—the only development of its kind in Montgomery County. Phase I contains a mix of sports and entertainment concepts: Slick City, Elite Pickleball Club, and Lobb’s Padel.

Sport Developers purchased the land from Howard Hughes and plans to break ground later this year.
