THE WOODLANDS, TX — Sport Developers is nearing completion of the Dudley Sports Plaza, a 75,000-square-foot Class A sports and entertainment facility in The Woodlands, marking a major milestone in the continued growth of North Houston’s premier lifestyle destinations.

The project’s first tenant, Slick City Action Park, officially opened on April 24, 2026. The property is 100% leased, with a curated mix of leading experiential and athletic concepts including Elite Pickleball Club and Lobb’s Padel, both of which are currently completing interior build-outs ahead of opening this summer.
