Ashish Wadhwani is responsible for the firm’s deal analysis and business plan execution.He brings his institutional analysis capabilities for acquisitions and asset management toprovide a disciplined investment perspective to the team.Ashish has extensive experience as a business operator in multi-sport programming andgym management. He has managed properties in alternative asset classes and hassupported investments in multifamily and senior living.Ashish holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Business Management, with Honors, from theMcCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.In his free time, Ashish loves to travel to new countries and meet new people.

Roberto Montiel is responsible for the firm’s operations, contracting, and invoicing. He
brings experience in supply chain and procurement to provide diligent vendor
management.
Roberto has a well-established career in construction and production industries, having
managed global portfolio sourcing for Fortune 500 companies. He is proficient in leading
teams, managing budgets, and driving value from suppliers.
Roberto holds a PCSM from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of
Phoenix.
Outside of the office, Roberto enjoys visiting his family in Mexico.
Jason Kurilin

Jason Kurilin guides the firm’s strategic vision and building partnerships on the local andenterprise level. Jason brings experience in risk management, procurement, supplychain, international government relations, and building effective teams.Throughout his career, Jason served in different senior management roles in the oil andgas industry in the US and overseas. However, Jason’s passion is in sports andentertainment real estate. He has developed several sports facilities in Texas, and aresidential project in Colorado.Jason is an MBA graduate of California State University, Hayward.Other than work, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife, three kids, and their goldenretriever.
