Meet The Team

Jason Kurilin guides the firm’s strategic vision and builds partnerships at both the local and enterprise levels. He brings extensive experience in risk management, procurement, supply chain, international government relations, and building effective teams. Throughout his career, Jason has served in various senior management roles in the oil and gas industry in the United States and overseas. However, his true passion lies in sports and entertainment real estate. He has developed several sports facilities in Texas, as well as a residential project in Colorado. Jason holds an MBA from California State University, Hayward. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, and their golden retriever.​

Ashish Wadhwani is responsible for the firm’s deal analysis and business plan execution. He brings institutional-level analytical capabilities in acquisitions and asset management, providing a disciplined investment perspective to the team. Ashish has extensive experience as a business operator in multi-sport programming and gym management. He has managed properties across alternative asset classes and has supported investments in multifamily and senior living sectors. Ashish holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Business Management, with Honors, from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

In his free time, Ashish enjoys traveling to new countries and meeting new people.

Roberto Montiel is responsible for the firm’s operations, contracting, and invoicing. He brings deep experience in supply chain management and procurement, ensuring diligent and effective vendor oversight.

Roberto has a well-established career in the construction and production industries, having managed global portfolio sourcing for Fortune 500 companies. He is highly proficient in leading teams, managing budgets, and driving value from supplier relationships.

Roberto holds a PCSM from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Outside of the office, Roberto enjoys visiting his family in Mexico.
